As your coach, I create space for you to safely feel into your body’s sensations, your emotions, your thoughts, and your longings.
I offer practices to help you in your journey, providing examples and demonstrations of somatic practices. As your partner and facilitator in this work I give you my full attention during our coaching calls, listening actively and asking
questions to enrich your life and guide you towards your own inner knowing. I help you see where you are limiting yourself and encourage you to explore all of your possibilities. I encourage your strengths while being honest, direct, and objective about the things that hold you back. I provide support and accountability for your forward action steps. At all points in time we work to make sure you feel safe, creating a space that supports your growth and helps you build trust in yourself. When I make requests or suggestions for how to engage in a practice, you can accept, modify, reject, or ask for accommodation at any time. As your coach, my job is to offer you practices, tools, and other supports to help you access your own embodied wisdom.

One on ONe
You and I, working on You.
The focus in this format is on using somatic practices to help you connect to yourself, your deepest longings, and to find ways to overcome blocks that prevent you from thriving. This healing accesses your own internal wisdom and provides practices and resources relevant to your goals. Most one on one work starts out as a predefined set of 7 sessions, at which point we evaluate what, if anything, you need next.

INter- generational
Understanding your larger context
Not all the trauma we carry is our own. Recent studies show that we carry as many as 10 generations of trauma in our DNA. If you feel like the weight you carry is not all yours, you might be right. Like a somatic one on one meets a family history dive. This healing journey is a predefined set of 12 sessions and may be supported by contributions from other professionals and mediums.

Dyad
You and I and one other person.
Relationships can be difficult. Even our most loving relationships need and deserve tending. We may need to feel witnessed, or want guidance to deepen our connection with those we love. This format is ideal for parent/child, siblings, partners, or chosen family relationships that you want to heal and enhance. This journey is a predefined “set” of sessions over 3 months- both individual and together.

Family or household
Family or Household groups working together.
This type of work is for families or households of 3 or more who are looking to work through blocks, deepen their connection, tend to their personal wellbeing, and improve their interpersonal communication in order to more effectively build a life together. Practices, tools, and structure are tailored to suit your group’s needs. There is no predefined set for this journey.
